- Company Code or Company Name: FPA / Fisher & Paykel Appliances Holdings Limited.
- Investor Number (or "Holder Number" or "Common Shareholder Number / CSN"): You will find this number printed on your Holding Statements, Dividend Statements and Proxy Forms.
- FIN Number (Faster Identification Number): This four digit number, similar to a PIN banking number, will have been issued to you as part of general shareholding information sent out to shareholders.
