Fisher & Paykel Classic 2008 State Final Results

Fisher & Paykel are pleased to announce that all the State Finals have now concluded successfully. Throughout late November and early December six State Finals were staged at six of the countries finest and most challenging golf courses.

The winner & runner up of each Fisher & Paykel Classic State Final has progressed to the National Final, which will be held in Melbourne in February 2009. To see the complete list of results from each event and who has won through to the National Final click on the links below.

With over 700 Golf Clubs holding qualifying events throughout the year and over 30,000 women taking part throughout the country all state finalists should be very proud of the fantastic achievement of reaching their state final.

We wish all National finalists the best of luck in Melbourne and we are proud to continue our association in golf as we lead into the Australian Women’s Open event in February.

2008 Fisher & Paykel Classic State Finalists

The 2008 Fisher & Paykel Classic has drawn to a close at club level with events held at 704 clubs nationally. Attention in the Classic is now focussed on the State Finals which will be played in November and December. Fisher & Paykel would like to wish all players in the State Finals the best of luck. The State Finals provide an excellent opportunity for players to compete on some of Australia's best courses and meet other players from across their state.

The top two placed players in each State Final will progress to the National Final. As a guest of Fisher & Paykel they will travel to Melbourne in late January 2009. Here they will compete in the third Fisher & Paykel Classic National Final, attend the 2009 Women's Australian Open and meet tournament players.
